GOOG anti-copyrite counselors believe nobody is documenting the fact that GOOG is ignoring this appeal and the robots.txt exclusion at curtisneeley.com. The next few PDFs but could be sent on physically collectible mediums and then be 17 USC §106A exempted electronic publications but online files are never exempted “electronic publications”. This case is likely to wait until the ruling of (10-1293) to begin to resolve but the positions of the court were somewhat obvious during the Supreme Court oral arguments.

These violations of my Berne Compact rights are unwise and will be pursued regardless of the pending Eighth Circuit rulings since the Berne Compact now supersedes the US Copy[rite] Act.

This is not yet a filed letter with the 8^th Circuit Court panel but “live” links to the current dynamic queries are in the Reply Brief (PACER, free) and can be seen on page 14. Is it obvious yet to any reading this what 17 USC §106A exempted “electronic publications” are and are NOT? What about “live” links compared to standard unlinked text of URLs? Has any counselor considered what “covermount” is and how these once held 17 USC §106A exempted electronic publications.

This case is likely to wait until the ruling of (10-1293) to begin to resolve but the positions of the Supreme Court Justices were somewhat obvious during the oral arguments. The Super Bowl halftime “middle finger” gesture and apology by NBC will reinforce the absurd “free market” regulation rational argued by Fox et al in FCC v Fox. – Unlikely. The halftime “middle finger” gesture will more likely cement the longstanding FCC statutory mission of wire and radio communications regulation even if now narrowly focused on broadcast television?

Content filtering like mentioned in the censorship piece by John Markoff, Internet Censorship Growth Hampers News, Study Says, is already required by law in the United States by the FCC, – though less than in China or Iran.

A disabled ‘figurenude’ photographer requested wire communications be ordered regulated as required for television, radio, and NY Times in the United States. This regulation or censorship request was for an injunction to cease trafficking of Plaintiff’s nude art to minors, – as would require all nudity prohibited like television, radio, and NY Times are censored today.

The case captioned above is fully briefed and before the Eighth Circuit Court to be “ignored” because there is no legal option but regulation of wire communications even when nicknamed “the Internet” by aging judges. The Attorney General and the FCC were already served notice of this action.

The almost holy, free and “open Internet” is nothing but the evolution of telegraph wires where computers replaced the telegraph machines and signal speed was elevated.
